Developer's Message
Thank you for your interest in the Aquaria demo! This demo will allow you to
play through the very first part of the game and should give you a small taste
of what the full version of Aquaria has to offer.
Save games from the demo will be compatible with the full version of Aquaria.
You will not be able to play mods with it, however.
We hope you enjoy it!

conditions of this License Agreement shall also apply to all additional copies

prevailing party, in such litigation shall be entitled to recover from the other
party all the costs, attorneys' fees and other expenses incurred by such
prevailing party in the litigation.
9. Limitations on License. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude you from
making or authorizing the making of another copy of the Demo provided, however,
that (1) such new copy is created as an essential step in your utilization of
the Demo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and for NO OTHER
PURPOSE; or (2) such new copy is for archival purposes ONLY and all archival
copies are destroyed in the event of your Transfer of the Demo, the Termination
of this Agreement, or other circumstances under which your continued use of the
Demo ceases to be rightful.
10. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to
